Let’s start with the materials that go into Heart Art’s unique originals: the canvas frame: the wooden frame is FSCWe know you care about our planetary environment, and so do we, a lot! That's why we use FSC certified wooden frames and carefully selected pigments - some natural, some synthetic (meaning, made by humans in a lab). And when your Heart Art original is en route to your doorstep, we make sure it's packaged in eco-friendly, recyclable materials and with utmost care. And the inbuilt sense of caring doesn’t stop there :Your Heart Art one and only original is delivered to its new home using zero emissions*
technologies only. And whilst it is impossible to do “zero” damage (*consider the friction from tyres, or materials used during production, or the origins of the electricity), we endeavor to reduce any harm done to the environment in the delivery process by using zero or low (because of the battery) emission bicycles* and electrically vehicles*. We're not claiming to be perfect, but we're taking steps towards a greener future. For example, for a Heart Art customer who is located outside of the range of an electric vehicle, using certified carbon offset schemes could also be taken into consideration.
